As Lead Office Assistant, a position she has held since January 2006, Nancy provides clerical and administrative support to the pastoral and program staff and key church leaders.

She has been working to become knowledgeable about the church’s ministries. Her goals are to provide administrative assistance to Church Business Administrator Jim Martin, to lead the front office team and to help make visitors and members feel welcome.

Nancy, a graduate of Alma College in Alma, Michigan, has a degree in elementary education. She is a member of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis. Her grandfather and uncle were Disciples of Christ ministers, and her father was a Presbyterian minister.

She is single and has three grown children – all born in Hawaii, where she lived for seven years -- and four grandchildren. She worked for the Indiana 4-H Foundation for 25 years as Director of Operations. She enjoys reading and volunteering at her church.
